founding member of the band, searched diligently to find the areas most  talented musicians  in order to form The PENETRATORS.   Dino is the guitarist and lead  vocalist.  Originally from Providence,  Rhode Island, he has performed professionally for over 25 years with many EAST COAST bands  appearing from Boston  to Miami. During the early phase of Dino's career, with his NEW ENGLAND based power trio STONEHENGE,( LONG before Rob Reiner & SPINAL TAP's use of THAT same name) he had the pleasure of sharing the stage with  Donald Fagen & Walter Becker, Keith Emerson and The NICE, Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, John MONTROSE and spent many nights on stage at the FAMOUS "KALEIDOSCOPE Theatre" in Providence.
Around the fall of 1981 while visiting BALTIMORE, Dino met up with bassist Freddie Louden and they started playing together in a Blues/R&B/FUNK band (Everybody knows Freddie's future with one of Baltimore's favorite rock bands THE LOFT was just waiting for him around the corner) Soon Dino was found to be one of the regulars at all the FELLS POINT JAM SESSIONS. He was the lead guitarist with Ron & Geno Capitol and the BIG DOG BLUES BAND. In 1995  Dino formed The OUTCASTS.  From 1995 through 2004 The OUTCASTS, with their blend of Chicago  Blues and Rock,

 have been seen all over MARYLAND,  WASHINGTON DC, VIRGINIA, PENNSYLVANIA, WEST VIRGINIA and NORTH CAROLINA. They  opened for such national BLUES acts as BOBBY RUSH,  CHICAGO'S GREAT, LOU PRIDE  and BOBBY "BLUE" BLAND, and were proud  performers year after year at The  ANNUAL BALTIMORE BLUES FESTIVAL. DINO, along with The OUTCASTS, were also on the bill at the 1st Annual INTERNATIONAL BLUES FESTIVAL which is held yearly  at different locations around the world.  The Penetrators are now here to bring to you a special blend of Blues& Rock that you won't forget.
